Daniel Kirk-Davidoff

Daniel Kirk-Davidoff is an atmospheric scientist who works at the intersection of energy, weather and climate change.  He has researched climate change impacts on on the electrical grid in the context of the transition to renewable generation,  wind and solar energy impacts on climates, and developed systems to forecast electrical load and renewable generation for power companies and grid operators.  He is a Senior Technical Leader in the Energy Systems and Climate Analysis Group at EPRI, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science at the University of Maryland.
