Noelle Hansley serves as the Operations Manager for the Center of Excellence (COE) in Weather & Climate Analytics, where she assists in overseeing the operational functions that support the center’s research, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Her role includes financial and budget management, research administration, human resources coordination, onboarding, procurement, travel management, and process improvement. Working closely with faculty, researchers, students, and external collaborators, Noelle helps develop efficient systems and workflows that support the COE’s mission and enable innovative weather and climate research. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration, improving operational effectiveness, and ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
